Please review our refund policy before placing your order.

Before Accepting Your Order

Please inspect your order while the delivery rider is present.

Before accepting the parcel, ensure:

• The product matches your order.
• The correct size has been delivered.
• The color is correct.
• The product is free from damage or defects.

Immediate Return

If you decide not to keep the product during delivery, you may return it immediately.

In this case, only the applicable delivery charge will be payable.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable in situations where:

• Eyzel is unable to deliver the confirmed order.
• Payment has been received but the order cannot be fulfilled.
• A duplicate payment has been made.
• Other exceptional circumstances approved by Eyzel.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.

Size Exchange

Eyzel currently offers size exchange only, subject to stock availability.

Please note:

• Exchange for a different design, color, or style is not available.
• Delivery charges apply for all exchanges.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
